This course is suitable for all women who want to take care of their health and improve their body condition!
The course is suitable if you:
not currently pregnant
do not plan pregnancy within the next six months
haven't given birth yet
the last birth was more than 1.5 years ago
What problems does the course help with?
remove the "bulging" stomach and the "roller" on the stomach
reduce diastasis or completely get rid of it
make the stomach flat and elastic
get rid of prolapse or weakness of the pelvic floor muscles (thus improving the quality of intimate life and forgetting about leakage when laughing or sneezing)
