Are postpartum exercises safe for mother?
First and foremost, we consider the mother's current condition and the length of time after the birth:
The program's activities are exceedingly light on your body and provide it a gentle signal to heal. If you begin courses at the right time after childbirth and follow the trainer's directions, the risks to your health are negligible.
During the next 12 weeks, we will focus on quality rather than quantity (no weights or strenuous workouts), understanding your body's demands and reactions, assisting it in fast regaining strength and health, and restoring your emotional condition!
The Recovery after Childbirth and CS course does not include workouts that could harm the mother's body, and the workload will gradually increase over the course of 12 weeks.
