When are you allowed doing workouts after natural birth and C-section?
Postpartum recovery course consists of two parts:
- ZeroCore prep workouts, and
- 12 Weeks basic program
It is allowed to start the basic program:
- In 5-8 weeks after natural delivery
- In 8-12 weeks after C-section
When is it allowed to do ZeroCore?
- in 2 weeks after natural birth and C-section
