Will I need special equipment, or can I do all exercises at home?

All our workouts are designed to be done at home with little or no equipment, making them convenient and accessible. As you progress, you may choose to invest in some helpful tools, such as:

  • A workout mat
  • Pilates soft balls (small 15cm, medium 18-22cm)
  • Soft MFR ball (8-12cm diameter)
  • Smooth MFR roller
  • Dumbbells (0.5–2 kg or 2–4 kg)
  • A 6–8 kg kettlebell
  • Stability ball (especially for pregnant users)
